Welcome to the Applied Genomics Technology Center
Genomics, Bioinformatics, and Integrated Technologies
The Applied Genomics Technology Center was established in 1998 as a centralized resource for Wayne State University researchers to provide genetic expertise, equipment and personnel. More specifically to use the resources of the facility to provide research and development of cutting edge techniques to enhance research and grant proposals. As a member of the Michigan Center for Genomic Technologies (MCGT) and the Michigan Center for Biological Information (MCBI) , the facility has been mandated to provide access of these resources to a broader array of researchers in Michigan in order to aid economic development in the state of Michigan.
